Hosting Account Changes

In line with our commitment to continually improve our service, we are pleased to announce a major restructure of our hosting plans. The restructure is extensive and involves the fundamental software and systems in place for our hosting service.

The new plans offer not only a significant increase in features, but a brand new and significantly more powerful Control Panel.

Due to the extent of the changes, it is not possible to simply upgrade existing accounts - they will need to be physically moved to the new platform. We are migrating existing clients to the new platform in due course.

We encourage clients wanting to upgrade to contact us as soon possible to schedule a time to migrate the account. We would be happy to help move your files and configure the new account for you. No upgrade or additional charges apply for this service.
